About Innate Wellbeing Ltd.

Rudi Kennard (Co-Director)
I originally attained a BSc (Hons.) in sports science then went on to train as a mind technology coach and meditation teacher, qualifying in teaching approaches including NLP, hypnosis, EFT, Reiki, mindfulness meditation and Chi Gung. Then in 2004 I attended a talk that led me to sign up for the first ʻtrainer of trainersʼ course in the three principles in Europe with the late Dr Roger Mills, then with Sydney Banks.
Inspired by the principles, my wife Jenny and I spent two years voluntarily working to create the www.threeprinciplesmovies.com web site.
In addition to studying with numerous teachers all over the world, we completed a three month internship with a principle-based government department in California, as well as spending two months with Pransky and Associates in Washington DC.
Under our limited company ʻInnate Wellbeingʼ we have trained principle-based facilitators internationally, spoken on TV, radio at international conferences and presented programs to populations like the homeless, schools, universities, prison and jail inmates, corporations, addiction centres, organisations and most recently with earthquake survivors in Nepal. Now our main direction and love is to not only train others to facilitate, but to help give clarity, encouragement and support to people already facilitating via our graduate programme.

Tanya Kennard-Campbell (Co-Director)
I have been a Three Principles facilitator and coach for 13 years, learning from and working with many of the leaders in the field.
I began my journey as a paradigm based coach 5 years ago, when I started learning from and being mentored by Dr Keith Blevens and Valda Munroe. They pioneered teaching the principles as a paradigm after the late Sydney Banks handed them his final manuscript..
I became involved in the Principles community following a professional search for ‘what works’ in recovery from mental distress and resilience. After over twenty years of pioneering work in the mental health and recovery field, I finally found the answers to what I had experienced in my own world and that of my clients. That recovery was not only possible, but inevitable when we align ourselves with the truth of how our mental life/experience actually works.
I went on to explore the world of prevention and resilience through her professional career. The last ten years have been more focused on leadership, culture and human potential.
